Paul Matthews is a senior energy executive with more than 28 years of experience across LNG, energy infrastructure, strategic transactions, and international market development. He has worked across commercial origination, cross-border negotiations, market positioning, and stakeholder engagement, with particular depth in LNG and project-related opportunities linked to the U.S. Gulf Coast and international buyers.
His experience spans North America, Asia, and other key energy markets, where he has advised around complex commercial situations involving investors, developers, and strategic counterparties.
